The trip, in short
A 07:00 hotel pick-up, then a forty-five minute run across open water to Phi Phi Leh. Getting there early is the entire trick: Pileh Lagoon at nine has perhaps six boats in it, and by eleven it has forty.
Maya Bay reopened in 2022 under strict rules — entry is by the boardwalk on the far side of the island, boats moor at Loh Samah, and nobody swims in the bay itself. Any operator promising you a beach landing there is lying to you.
Lunch is a buffet at Tonsai Bay on Phi Phi Don with enough time to swim it off, then Monkey Beach and a snorkel stop at Khai Island on the way home.

Pick-up area: Patong, Karon, Kata, Kamala, Bang Tao, Phuket Town. We message your exact pick-up window the evening before, with the driver's name and vehicle.
Before you book
- National park fees are included in the price shown — you will not be asked for cash at the pier.
- Children under 3 travel free; ages 3–11 pay the child rate.
- Not suitable in pregnancy, or with recent surgery or serious back or heart conditions — the speedboat slams in a swell.
- If the marine department closes the route for weather you choose a new date or a full refund.
- The macaques on Monkey Beach bite. Do not feed them and keep bags closed.

OrganiserWe contract for this service as principal — it is operated by us, or by a local supplier engaged by us in our own name in Thailand. Your contract is with us, not with the driver, guide, captain or boat operator, and we carry the obligation to deliver it as described.
This service is performed in Thailand, by our Bangkok operation. Access Transit Express, registered in Indonesia, is the merchant of record for the payment: the charge, the invoice and any refund come from us, and your statement reads ACCESSTRANSITEXPRESS.
Our role, in fullCancellation & refunds
Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund to the card you paid with. Cancel later than that and the booking is non-refundable, because the vehicle, seat or greeter has already been committed.
- Refunds are issued within one business day and reach your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If we cancel — weather, a marine department closure, a mechanical failure — you choose a new date or a full refund, whenever we cancel.
- No-shows and cancellations inside the window are not refundable. We will always try to move you to another date first.
