Access Transit Express is a ground-handling and tour operating company working exclusively in Thailand. The name describes the part of a trip we care most about: the hour between an aircraft door and a hotel lobby, which is where most holidays start badly — and the access, at three Thai airports, that turns that hour into fifteen minutes.
Today we run 58 listed experiences across 9 destinations, from a 45-minute airport fast track at Suvarnabhumi to a nine-hour speedboat day in the Andaman. Everything on this site is something we operate or contract directly. If we cannot stand behind it, it is not listed.
Where we are registered, and where we operate
Two facts that sound contradictory and are not. The company you contract with is registered in Indonesia. The services you book are performed in Thailand, by our own Bangkok operation — the same team, vehicles and airport staff described on this page.
That is a normal structure for a regional operator, and we state it plainly on every listing, at checkout and on your invoice rather than leaving you to work it out from a bank statement. The Indonesian entity is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and pays any refund. The Thai operation delivers the service.
Our role in your booking
Everything we sell is performed in Thailand, and we contract for it in one of two clearly stated capacities. Every listing on this site says which one applies to it, above the cancellation terms, and your voucher repeats it.
- Organiser (principal) — tours, day trips, boat trips and charters, private transfers and airport fast track. We operate these ourselves or engage the Thai supplier in our own name. Your contract is with us, and the obligation to deliver the service is ours.
- Authorised agent — admission tickets to third-party attractions. The venue supplies the experience under its own conditions of entry; we sell the ticket as its authorised agent and collect payment on its behalf.
In both cases we are the merchant of record: the charge, the invoice and any refund come from us, and you deal with us alone rather than chasing a supplier in another time zone. The full wording is in section 2 of our terms.
How we are different from a marketplace
Most of what you find searching for "Thailand tours" is a booking layer: an interface in one country selling capacity held by an agent in a second, fulfilled by a supplier in a third. When something goes wrong at 6 a.m. on a pier in Phuket, that chain is exactly as useful as it sounds.
We hold our own vehicles and staff in every city we sell, our own operations desk in Bangkok, and a single phone number that a human answers at any hour. It is a smaller catalogue than a marketplace. That is the point.
What we will not do
- No elephant riding. The saddle frame and the training required to make an elephant accept it both cause documented harm. Every camp we work with has stopped offering rides, and we will not list one that has not.
- No fictional Maya Bay landings. Beach landings have been prohibited since 2018. Entry is by the boardwalk from Loh Samah, and every listing on this site says so.
- No cash surprises at the pier. National park fees, marine insurance and fuel surcharges are inside the price you see, not collected at a desk when you are already committed.
- No invented reviews. We would rather show no rating than a manufactured one. Review scores appear on this site only once they come from confirmed, completed bookings.

Insurance and safety
Every passenger on one of our vehicles or boats is covered by passenger accident insurance, and every vehicle carries the compulsory Thai third-party motor policy plus voluntary cover. Boats operating in national park waters carry marine insurance and the park's own passenger manifest requirements — which is why we ask for passenger names on some bookings, and why we cannot add someone at the pier.
Captains and drivers have the final say on whether a trip runs. If the marine department closes a route, or a driver judges a road unsafe, the trip does not go and you choose a new date or a full refund. We would rather refund you than argue with the weather.
