Thailand only — every trip run by our own team Arrivals desk answers 24 hours a day, every day

How it works

The whole service, described plainly: what happens on the day, what each tier buys, and the limits nobody in this trade likes to spell out.

What fast track actually is

It is a meet-and-assist service arranged with the airport. A named, uniformed escort meets you, walks you through the terminal, handles the queueing logic, and uses priority immigration handling where that lane is available and authorised for the service.

What you are buying is the walking, the waiting and the knowing-where-to-go — at three Thai airports, from ฿2,500 per passenger. What you are not buying is any influence over the decisions immigration, customs or aviation security make. Those stay exactly where they were.

The arrival journey

  1. Book with the correct flight

The operating flight number — not a codeshare — the landing date and time, every passenger's name as printed on their passport, their ages, and a contact number. At least 24 hours before the flight.

  2. We confirm, then take payment

Our desk checks the terminal can take the booking, then sends a secure payment link, within 2 hours between 07:00 and 23:00 Bangkok time, and by 09:00 for overnight requests. Nothing is charged before that. The link is valid for 24 hours.

  3. Your instructions arrive

The exact meeting point comes with your confirmation. Terminal layouts and road access change, so use that message rather than an old photograph on somebody's blog.

  4. Your escort is at the aircraft door

Holding a board with your name, as you come off the aerobridge. We track the flight, so an early or late landing moves them with you.

  5. Through immigration, then out

Priority handling where the lane is open to the service, help with the arrival formalities, then on through baggage reclaim and customs to the arrivals exit — and to your driver if you have one.

The departure journey

  1. Meet at the terminal entrance

At the entrance nearest your airline's check-in row, or another point we agree. Be there at least 3 hours before an international departure and 2 before a domestic one.

  2. To the right desk

Your escort takes you to the correct check-in counter and assists with the terminal formalities. The airline still decides on your documents, your baggage and your boarding — that is their job, not ours.

  3. Priority passport control and security

Through the express lanes where they are authorised for the service, and on to the gate side.

What the tiers add

Every airport sells a standard tier; above it, the extras differ by terminal.

TierWhat it adds
StandardThe escort, the terminal route, and priority immigration handling. No luggage porter.
VIP / with porterA luggage porter from reclaim to the kerb on arrival, or from the kerb to check-in on departure.
With buggy (Suvarnabhumi)An electric buggy across the concourse — worth it from the far satellite gates.
First Class (Phuket)Porter plus a personal butler who stays with the group from the aircraft to the vehicle. On departure, porter plus premium lounge access.

Lounge access is included only in the First Class departure tier. It is not part of a departure booking without the luggage porter.

Who is counted, and children

There is one passenger counter, not separate adult and child prices: everyone at or over the airport's counted age pays the tier rate. Younger children travel free but must still be listed on the booking by name, because the terminal manifest is per person.

AirportCounted fromYounger children
Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Age 5 Children under 5 travel free, up to two per paying passenger. They must still be named on the booking.
Phuket (HKT) Age 2 Children under 2 travel free, with no limit on how many. They must still be named on the booking.
Don Mueang (DMK) Age 2 Every passenger aged 2 and over is counted at the tier rate.

Adding a vehicle

We can attach a private vehicle to any fast-track booking so the same team handles you from the aircraft to the hotel. Ask in the notes at checkout and we add it to the payment link.

AirportVehiclePrice
Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Private taxi, up to 3 passengers ฿2,200
Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Large private vehicle, up to 8 passengers ฿2,700
Phuket (HKT) Private van, up to 17 passengers ฿1,900
Don Mueang (DMK) Private van, up to 8 passengers ฿1,900

What it cannot do

  • It cannot guarantee a number of minutes. Priority handling is used where available; the authorities control every passenger decision and can change the operating route without notice.
  • It cannot skip customs or aviation security. Those are enforcement functions and nobody may lawfully bypass them.
  • It cannot influence whether you are admitted. The immigration officer decides, as they would anyway.
  • It does not replace the Thailand Digital Arrival Card. Eligible travellers complete the official TDAC themselves and remain responsible for passports and visas.
  • It cannot prevent a missed flight. It reduces navigation and eligible queues; you must still make check-in, document-control and boarding deadlines.
  • It is not formal disability assistance. Airlines arrange wheelchair and reduced-mobility support — tell them and us, and we will coordinate the meeting around it.

Delays and changes

We track your flight. An airline delay moves your escort at no charge, which is the main reason we insist on the operating flight number rather than a codeshare.

Cancel free up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight time; inside that window the booking is non-refundable, because the pass has been issued against your names. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund however close to the flight it happens. The detail is in the refund policy.

Still not sure it is worth it?

Tell us your flight and how many of you there are. Our desk answers 24 hours a day, every day, and will say so if it is not.
