The trip, in short
Don Mueang carries the region’s low-cost traffic, which means a lot of aircraft arriving very close together into Terminal 1 — a considerably smaller immigration hall than Suvarnabhumi’s.
The service is the same shape: a greeter at the aircraft door with your name, priority immigration handling, and assistance through to the arrivals exit.
Add the luggage porter tier if you are travelling with checked bags and no waiting driver.

Meeting point
At the aerobridge or the agreed arrivals meeting point at Don Mueang International Airport, Terminal 1. Your greeter carries a board with your name, and the exact instructions are on your voucher.
Before you book
- Book at least 48 hours before the flight so the airport pass can be issued against your names.
- Give us the operating flight number, the date and the scheduled time. Codeshare numbers are not enough — we need the operating carrier.
- Every passenger must be named on the booking exactly as printed on their passport. Names cannot be added or changed at the airport.
- Fast track shortens the immigration queue. It does not skip customs, aviation security screening or baggage reclaim, and nobody may lawfully offer that.
- Visa-on-arrival passengers are escorted to the VOA counter, but the fee, the eligibility rules and the processing time are set entirely by Thai Immigration.
- Don Mueang’s domestic terminal has no immigration. This service applies to international arrivals into Terminal 1.
- Every passenger aged 2 and over is counted at the tier rate.

We are the organiser of this service
OrganiserWe contract for this service as principal — it is operated by us, or by a local supplier engaged by us in our own name in Thailand. Your contract is with us, not with the driver, guide, captain or boat operator, and we carry the obligation to deliver it as described.
This service is performed in Thailand, by our Bangkok operation. Access Transit Express, registered in Indonesia, is the merchant of record for the payment: the charge, the invoice and any refund come from us, and your statement reads ACCESSTRANSITEXPRESS.
Our role, in fullCancellation & refunds
Cancel free up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund to the card you paid with. Cancel later than that and the booking is non-refundable, because the vehicle, seat or greeter has already been committed.
- Refunds are issued within one business day and reach your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If we cancel — weather, a marine department closure, a mechanical failure — you choose a new date or a full refund, whenever we cancel.
- No-shows and cancellations inside the window are not refundable. We will always try to move you to another date first.
